By accessing or using Setuvio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Setuvio provides web development, mobile app development, AI solutions, and related digital services. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project will be defined in a separate agreement.
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the final deliverables. Setuvio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio.
Payment terms are defined in each project agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
Setuvio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
